Arthēa is making AI part of how it builds its next chapter in wellness and personal care. The company behind Dr Teal’s, Cantu, and Bodycology is combining technology with its teams’ expertise, creativity, and consumer understanding to support innovation and growth. Its rebrand from PDC Brands reflects that broader transformation and its ambition to make wellness accessible to more people.
Claude is part of how that ambition is taking shape in everyday work. Arthēa partnered with Elios on AI Fluency training for a cross-functional cohort of more than 30 people, followed by work with its project-management team. Together, the teams are building AI-native ways of working, putting Claude at the center of their workflows to accelerate productivity and reduce mistakes, while keeping human judgment, taste, and accountability in the hands of the people doing the work.
Starting with Claude and familiar business work
Arthēa’s pilot brought together colleagues from leadership, IT, finance, marketing, supply chain, and sales. Its team helped shape the training priorities and examples, grounding the work in the activities people knew.
Claude Cowork, Claude for PowerPoint, and Claude for Excel featured in that starting point. Training connected Claude to researching questions, analyzing spreadsheets, developing presentations, and creating reusable skills for recurring work.
Elios helped participants practice giving Claude useful context, refining its output, and choosing an approach suited to the task. The training also addressed token utilization and usage awareness, helping people make informed choices about how they use Claude.
Participants are now using Claude in their everyday work, creating their own skills and improving recurring workflows. The gains extend beyond training: people are building the ability to adapt Claude to their tasks and reuse what works. They remain responsible for the quality of an analysis, the story a presentation tells, and the decisions that follow.
Developing the Project Operating Model together
Arthēa and Elios then focused on how project teams plan, coordinate, and make decisions from concept through launch.
Arthēa’s leaders and practitioners brought their knowledge of the business into discovery and working sessions. Together, the teams shaped a Project Operating Model supported by a tailored standard, playbook, templates, and practical training.
The work covered the project charter, planning, tracking decisions and risks, and the working rhythm that connects those records. Elios delivered a number of Claude skills, including meeting minutes, follow-up communications, and proposed updates to project records. Arthēa’s team is already taking ownership of these skills and adapting them to how it works, with people reviewing the output and deciding what to act on.
The work is designed to reduce time spent chasing updates, logging commitments, and following up, leaving more time for judgment and facilitating decisions.
Being AI-native means designing the workflow with Claude as part of how the work gets done. People guide the work, check the output, and bring the judgment and taste that shape the final result.
A partnership extending across the business
The partnership is continuing with further Project Operating Model work and two new projects starting in marketing and finance. Each creates another opportunity to connect Arthēa’s AI strategy with the priorities of the people doing the work.
Arthēa brings the ambition, business knowledge, and creative standards. Elios contributes AI strategy, training, and workflow enablement, working alongside the team as its needs evolve.
We look forward to continuing our partnership with Arthēa, supporting its AI transformation and helping more teams put Claude to work in ways they can shape, own, and build on.
